First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers

Job Description

The Facepiece Line Supervisor will oversee the production of facepieces at our manufacturing plant. This role demands strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a solid background in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the production line for facepieces.
• Ensure that all health and safety standards are strictly followed.
• Support quality assurance processes by conducting regular inspections.
• Lead meetings to discuss production schedules and resolve operational issues.
• Train new staff in production processes and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing supervisory role
