Lead Software Architect

Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Lead Software Architect to spearhead our software development efforts. The right candidate will excel in architectural design and possess a strong understanding of both frontend and backend technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead a talented team of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and address bottlenecks and improve performance.
• Maintain code quality and organization through automation and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies relevant to software engineering.
• Oversee the integration of third-party services and APIs.
• Foster an agile development environment by implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead troubleshooting and problem resolution efforts in production environments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Master's degree in Software Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 8+ years in software architecture and development.

Advantageous
