Job Description

We are seeking a talented Environmental Engineer to join our Glasgow team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in environmental regulations and sustainable engineering practices, helping us to implement projects that minimise environmental impact across diverse sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct environmental assessments and audits to ensure compliance with UK regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sustainability in projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers to achieve environmental objectives.
  • Prepare detailed reports on environmental impact and mitigation strategies.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to discuss project impacts and requirements.
  • Conduct field visits and site inspections to monitor projects.
  • Evaluate and recommend alternative materials and processes to reduce environmental impact.
  • Stay updated on environmental legislation and policies affecting projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the environmental sector
