Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Labor Relations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and advocating for workers' rights and welfare through effective communication, negotiation, and comprehensive knowledge of labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate with legal counsel to ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Advocate for fair treatment and safe working conditions for all members.
• Engage in policy advocacy and legislative lobbying efforts.
• Create a strong network of relationships across various industries.
• Support in the development of effective internal communication strategies.
• Encourage participation in labour-related workshops and seminars.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience

• Experience in campaign management and electoral politics is an advantage.
