Animator

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Animator to join our creative team in Burnley. The ideal candidate will be experienced in 2D and 3D animation, with a passion for storytelling through animation. You will play a pivotal role in bringing characters and concepts to life, contributing to diverse projects from games to films.

Responsibilities

• Utilize both 2D and 3D animation techniques to produce high-quality work.
• Troubleshoot animation issues and provide solutions.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity in animation goals.
• Create storyboards and animatics to illustrate animation concepts.
• Adapt animations based on audience feedback and evolving project requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in 2D and 3D animation projects

Technical Skills

• Blender
• Toon Boom Harmony

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of animation styles: Showcase your versatility and creativity in animation through your portfolio.
