Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Construction Project Supervisor who will oversee the planning and execution of construction projects. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning meetings to establish timelines and milestones.
• Ensure all construction work meets the required quality standards.
• Develop relationships with subcontractors to enhance project efficiency.
• Track project costs and prepare financial reports.
• Implement safety measures and promote a safe working environment.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor site progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• HNC/HND in Construction Engineering or similar

Experience

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in construction

Technical Skills

• Scheduling Software

Certifications

• IOSH Managing Safely

Languages

• English: Fluent
