Job Description

We invite applications for the role of Online Educator. In this position, you will develop and deliver online courses that inspire and educate students. Your expertise in both subject matter and online platforms will drive student engagement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate online learning environments that encourage student participation.
• Implement innovative teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.
• Evaluate and improve course content based on student feedback.
• Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
• Monitor student progress and provide support as needed.
• Conduct webinars and online workshops to provide additional learning opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in teaching, preferably online

• E-learning platforms

Certifications

• Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)
• Online Teaching Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with video conferencing tools: Experience using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms for online teaching.
• Knowledge of assessment tools: Experience implementing online assessment tools to gauge student learning.
