Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated IT Support Technician to become a vital part of our team in Leeds. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for our clients, ensuring smooth IT operations across various systems and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Help implement IT policies and procedures within the department.
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Work closely with external vendors for hardware and software issues.
  • Perform backups and ensure data integrity on client systems.
  • Assist in network administration and troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT qualification (e.g. CompTIA A+, ITIL)
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support position
