Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Event Logistics Manager to coordinate the logistics of our diverse events in Stockport. The ideal candidate will excel in operational management, ensuring every aspect of event logistics runs smoothly, from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute logistical operations for events of varying sizes.
  • Collaborate with event planners to meet specific logistical requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to optimize budget adherence.
  • Implement efficient processes to enhance the logistics workflow.
  • Prepare and distribute logistics documentation to relevant stakeholder teams.
  • Evaluate and recommend new suppliers to improve service delivery.
  • Lead regular meetings with the logistics team to track project status and discuss upcoming events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field
  • Relevant certifications preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in event logistics or project management
