Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Motor Coach Driver to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe transportation of passengers to various destinations. You will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, adhering to all road safety regulations, and maintaining a clean vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Drive assigned routes safely and efficiently, while ensuring customer comfort and security.
  • Assist passengers with any needs they may have, including special assistance and luggage handling.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and readiness.
  • Document trip data and maintain logs meticulously.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve defensive driving skills.
  • Report traffic incidents or delays that may affect operations.
  • Provide passengers with information on routes and travel times.
  • Coordinate with dispatchers for any changes in schedules or routes.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times while representing the company.
  • Complete ongoing training and certification such as First Aid.

Requirements

Education
  • Valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
Experience
  • Experience in long-distance or international coach travel is advantageous
Technical Skills
  • GPS navigation systems

Languages
  • English: Fluent
