Job Description

We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef Manager to lead our pastry kitchen in Harlow. In this role, you will supervise all aspects of pastry production, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will work closely with the team to develop new recipes and enhance our dessert offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the production schedule for the pastry kitchen.
  • Maintain all equipment and kitchen tools in top working condition.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure the best quality of ingredients.
  • Evaluate and improve kitchen processes for efficiency.
  • Create a positive team environment that encourages creativity.
  • Participate in regular management meetings to align kitchen goals with overall business strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts is preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years in a pastry leadership role
