Job Description

As the Event Logistics Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing logistical operations for our events. Your expertise will ensure successful planning, coordination, and execution, bringing our clients' visions to life.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute logistical operations for corporate and public events.
  • Establish and manage relationships with event vendors, including catering, transportation, and audiovisual companies.
  • Create event timelines and checklists to ensure smooth operations.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event setup and execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency throughout the event.
  • Train and supervise event staff and team members.
  • Ensure all equipment and materials are ordered and delivered on time.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of event logistics activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or Hospitality
  • Master's degree or relevant qualifications preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of comprehensive experience in event operations or logistics
