Responsibilities
Plan and execute logistical operations for corporate and public events.
Establish and manage relationships with event vendors, including catering, transportation, and audiovisual companies.
Create event timelines and checklists to ensure smooth operations.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event setup and execution.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency throughout the event.
Train and supervise event staff and team members.
Ensure all equipment and materials are ordered and delivered on time.
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of event logistics activities.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Event Management or Hospitality
Master's degree or relevant qualifications preferred
