Responsibilities
Offer outstanding service to all guests and maintain a positive attitude.
Ensure all luggage is handled with care and delivered promptly to the guests' rooms.
Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in conducting daily inventory of luggage carts and storage.
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma preferred
Experience
Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
