Job Description

As a Baggage Porter or Bellhop, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve assisting guests with their luggage and ensuring a warm welcome to enhance their stay.

Responsibilities

  • Offer outstanding service to all guests and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Ensure all luggage is handled with care and delivered promptly to the guests' rooms.
  • Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in conducting daily inventory of luggage carts and storage.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma preferred
Experience
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
Technical Skills
  • Ability to handle luggage and perform physical tasks
Soft Skills
  • Ability to multitask
Languages
  • Additional languages a plus: Basic
