Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for land reuse and community revitalization.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines.
• Stay informed of technological advancements in urban planning.
• Advocate for community needs and preferences in planning processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Planning, Architecture, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in urban planning or related fields.
