Job Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with beneficiaries to assess needs and deliver aid.
  • Develop educational programs to empower the community.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
  • Facilitate partnerships with local organizations.
  • Assist in the preparation of grants and budget proposals.
  • Monitor field operations and ensure quality control.
  • Promote awareness regarding humanitarian issues.
  • Participate in advocacy efforts to influence policy change.
  • Support emergency response efforts as required.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Project Management Proficient in managing projects from conception to completion.
  • Community Development Knowledgeable in community engagement and development strategies.
  • Data Analysis Skilled in analyzing data to inform program decisions.
  • Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathy Strong ability to understand and relate to the needs of others.
  • Cultural Sensitivity Awareness and respect for diverse cultures and practices.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • First Aid Certification
  • English (Fluent)
  • Spanish (Advanced)

  • Familiarity with international humanitarian standards: Understanding of Sphere Standards and humanitarian principles.
  • Experience working with diverse populations: Ability to engage and work effectively with various cultural groups.
