We are looking for a compassionate Social Worker to help uplift and support the community in Swansea. Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to establish trusting relationships.
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Provide crisis intervention when required.
• Assist clients in accessing financial and legal assistance.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in training and professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Social Work or related discipline is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in social work or a similar role

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fluent Welsh Speaker: Ability to communicate in Welsh is an added benefit.
