Responsibilities

• Implement outreach programs that address the needs of the community.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
• Serve as a liaison between the organisation and the community to advocate for needs.
• Prepare presentations and reports on outreach activities for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with local government and other organisations to enhance community services.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain informed about best practices in community outreach.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, or a related field
• Professional qualification in community work is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community outreach, engagement, or non-profit management
