We are seeking a Non-Profit Director responsible for leading our organization’s strategic planning and operational management. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in non-profit management and have a strong passion for community service.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic initiatives to foster community development and enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to further the organization's mission.
  • Oversee the development of grant proposals and fundraising campaigns.
  • Support and guide departmental managers to achieve organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular evaluation of programs to measure impact and effectiveness.
  • Drive training and development initiatives for staff and volunteers.
  • Report on organizational performance to the Board and stakeholders.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion within the workforce and community engagements.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Leadership Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a non-profit setting.
  • Fundraising Expertise in developing and implementing fundraising strategies.
  • Communication Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Strategic Thinking Ability to devise strategies and manage projects effectively.
  • Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Strong networking skills: Ability to connect with key stakeholders, including community leaders and potential donors.
  • Marketing experience: Experience in non-profit marketing and public relations to promote the organization.
