Job Description

As a Social and Community Service Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of community programs aimed at uplifting individuals and families. Your role includes leading a team of dedicated professionals and ensuring that services meet the needs of our clients effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of community service operations, from planning to execution.
  • Prepare and administer budgets for client programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in their case management tasks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local organisations for resource sharing.
  • Develop community engagement strategies to foster client participation.
  • Monitor legislative changes affecting community services and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
  • Evaluate team performance and conduct regular training sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Master's degree in Public Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within community services
