Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Community Outreach Coordinator to lead our outreach programmes in Glasgow. You will be responsible for building relationships with community partners, organising events, and promoting our initiatives to foster community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with community members to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Implement training for volunteers involved in outreach activities.
  • Create and manage social media content to promote outreach events.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance visibility.
  • Analyse data and metrics to assess outreach impact.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Additional qualifications in Community Engagement are a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in outreach or social services roles
