Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Teenage Activities Director to lead our youth programmes. This role involves creating engaging activities and ensuring a safe environment for teenagers to thrive. Responsibilities

  • Design inclusive programmes that cater to diverse interests and backgrounds.
  • Lead training sessions for new coordinators on best practices in activity management.
  • Monitor budget for activities and ensure cost-efficient delivery of programs.
  • Create promotional materials to advertise upcoming activities effectively.
  • Engage with local communities and schools to foster partnerships and collaborative programmes.
  • Evaluate the success of activities and gather participant feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Youth Work, or related field (preferred)
  • Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in youth programme management or similar roles.
