Requirements

Education

• Degree in Quality Assurance or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is an advantage

Experience

• 5-7 years in quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Teamwork

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Lean methodologies: Experience in implementing Lean principles to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Expertise in quality software systems: Ability to navigate and optimise quality management software in manufacturing.
