As a Terrazzo Journeyman, you will play a crucial role in our team, handling all aspects of terrazzo installation and restoration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent craftsmanship and an eye for detail, ensuring high-quality finishes on every project.

Responsibilities

• Execute terrazzo installation with precision and artistry.
• Prepare areas by leveling and cleaning surfaces thoroughly.
• Mix materials accurately to ensure quality and consistency.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to align expectations.
• Document project progress and report challenges to the project manager.
• Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition for efficient operation.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of an apprenticeship program in terrazzo installation or equivalent experience

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Blueprint Interpretation
• Tool Proficiency

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Physical Stamina

Certifications

• Valid CSCS card required

Languages

• English: Fluent
