Job Description

We are seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer who is proficient in both Windows and Linux environments. This role involves providing essential support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or prefered field
  • Technical certifications are preferred
Experience
  • 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support roles
