Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Facilities Operations Director to oversee and manage the daily operations of our facilities department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of facility management, and a proven track record of successful operations management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of facility management, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Implement policies and procedures that improve efficiency and effectiveness of facilities management.
  • Coordinate large-scale renovations and projects, ensuring they stay within budget and timelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess facility conditions and address maintenance needs proactively.
  • Develop training and resources for staff to enhance their skills in facilities management.
  • Prepare budgets, track expenses, and forecast future financial needs for the facilities department.
  • Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and effective communication.
  • Utilize facility management software to monitor and manage facility operations effectively.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their facilities needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Create a robust reporting system for tracking KPIs related to facility management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree is a plus
