We are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in Coventry. In this role, you will support classroom activities, assist teachers with lesson planning, and foster a conducive learning environment for students. Your contribution will be pivotal in helping students achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the evaluation and grading of student work.
• Encourage positive behaviour and effective classroom management.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN).
• Help prepare and assist with educational trips and activities.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant degree in Education or Childcare

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is advantageous
