Responsibilities
Review and analyse incoming claims, determining eligibility and processing requirements.
Interact with policyholders and stakeholders to obtain information for claim resolution.
Assist in the negotiation of settlements where applicable.
Ensure all actions taken align with company guidelines and industry regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the claims process.
Train and mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
Education
Relevant certifications in insurance are preferred.
Experience
3+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
