Job Description

We are seeking an Insurance Claims Consultant to join our Brighton office. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for helping clients navigate the claims process efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse incoming claims, determining eligibility and processing requirements.
• Interact with policyholders and stakeholders to obtain information for claim resolution.
• Assist in the negotiation of settlements where applicable.
• Ensure all actions taken align with company guidelines and industry regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the claims process.
• Train and mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in insurance are preferred.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
