Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You’ll be instrumental in coordinating teams and implementing best practices to meet project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution from start to finish.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to achieve design objectives.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to manage expectations.
• Ensure effective resource allocation for all projects.
• Conduct regular audits of construction sites and document findings.
• Resolve any conflicts and issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure maintenance of safety practices across all projects.
• Provide recommendations for project improvements and efficiencies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on management
