Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crime Scene Photographer to join our talented forensic team. This role involves capturing precise images of crime scenes and related evidence, ensuring all photographs uphold the highest standards required for legal purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough pre-visit preparations for site photography.
  • Develop contingency plans for different crime scene scenarios.
  • Capture images systematically to ensure comprehensive documentation.
  • Collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams to enhance investigation strategies.
  • Assist in providing feedback on photographic techniques and methodologies.
  • Manage photographic workflow from capture through delivery.
  • Train junior staff in best practices for crime scene photography.
  • Regularly participate in workshops to stay informed of industry standards.
  • Engage with legal teams to understand judicial requirements for evidence.
  • Actively contribute to team debriefs and strategy sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Forensic Science or related field preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years of crime scene photography experience required

Certifications
