Responsibilities
Develop and edit clear and comprehensive documentation for technical processes.
Work with the QA team to ensure documentation aligns with product testing.
Create infographics and visual aids to support written content.
Lead documentation projects from conception to delivery.
Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide updates on documentation status.
Identify areas for improvement in existing documentation and propose solutions.
Train staff in documentation standards and best practices.
Participate in the development of user experience strategies.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, or related field
Technical certifications preferred
Experience
3-5 years of experience in technical writing or related roles
