Looking for an experienced Accounting Technician to join our finance team. You will play a critical role in the preparation of financial statements, performing reconciliations, and supporting the management of financial operations.
Responsibilities
Manage financial records and ensure they are accurate and up to date.
Compile reports for management and stakeholders.
Identify discrepancies and resolve issues quickly.
Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursement.
Engage with external auditors for year-end reviews.
Assist in the enhancement of financial management systems.
Implement best practices in financial governance.
Provide insights into financial efficiency improvements.
Support and mentor junior staff within the finance team.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in accounting roles
