Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will assist during operations, prepare sterile environments, and provide compassionate care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
Prepare patients for surgery and conduct pre-operative assessments.
Assist with monitoring vital signs and managing patient comfort during procedures.
Document surgical procedures and patient responses accurately.
Engage in direct patient care, ensuring all safety and care standards are met.
Provide comprehensive post-operative care, including pain management and rehabilitation support.
Support the surgical team by anticipating needs during operations and responding promptly.
Partake in staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Experience
2+ years of experience specifically in surgical nursing

Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Languages
English: Fluent
Advantageous
Experience with robotic surgical systems.: Familiarity with the use of robotics in surgeries.
