We are seeking a motivated Brand Manager to lead our brand strategy and initiatives in Oxford. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing brand plans that drive market growth and enhance brand equity.
Responsibilities
Drive brand innovation and development through creative thinking and strategic planning.
Establish KPIs for brand performance and track them regularly.
Engage with customers to understand their perceptions of the brand and make data-driven decisions.
Host workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity within the team.
Build relationships with external agencies to execute brand initiatives effectively.
Prepare and present brand performance reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
MBA with a focus on branding is advantageous
