Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician who thrives in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities

  • Manage IT service requests through the ticketing system effectively.
  • Investigate and resolve network-related issues.
  • Support software upgrades and system migrations.
  • Ensure compliance with established IT policies and procedures.
  • Assist in software testing and deployment initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or similar are preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support.
