We are seeking a talented Security Architect to join our dynamic IT support team in Sunderland. This role involves designing and implementing security protocols to protect sensitive data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing security incidents.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the implementation of security solutions across multiple platforms.
• Evaluate security tools and technologies to enhance corporate security posture.
• Lead investigations of security breaches and recommend remediation strategies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to integrate security into the development lifecycle.
• Educate employees on security awareness and practices.
• Perform regular audits of security processes and systems.
• Collaborate with external vendors and stakeholders regarding security measures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security

Certifications
