We are looking for a Linecasting Machine Keyboard Operator to join our busy production team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating linecasting machines, demonstrating excellent keyboarding skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Input copy into linecasting machines effectively and efficiently.
• Select appropriate typefaces and sizes as per job requirements.
• Resolve any discrepancies in the output through careful checking.
• Assist supervisors with workflow management and scheduling.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Proven experience as a Linecasting Machine Keyboard Operator

Technical Skills

• Technical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of printing techniques

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Good communication

Advantageous

• Understanding of printing industry standards: Familiarity with quality control measures and industry practices.
• Experience with different printing techniques: Knowledge of various printing materials and techniques can be advantageous.
