Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our Sheffield office. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and developing mechanical systems, ensuring high-performance outputs and driving innovation within our projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement mechanical designs for new products.
  • Perform simulation and analysis using engineering software.
  • Work with project managers to track project progress and report on milestones.
  • Engage in regular design reviews to ensure quality and performance standards.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and components for projects.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and clients.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across engineering processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant engineering experience.

  • CAD Software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
