Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist licensed therapists in evaluating and implementing treatment plans while providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Support patients during therapy sessions by providing assistance and encouragement.
• Measure and record patients' vital signs and progress throughout treatment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the treatment environment.
• Participate in staff meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment updates.
• Assist in training new staff or interns as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient files.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferable.
• Additional certifications in physical therapy-related topics.

Experience

• Experience working with patients of diverse backgrounds and needs.
