Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Cardiff team. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional technical support to our staff and ensure that all IT systems run smoothly. Your expertise will be vital in troubleshooting issues, maintaining hardware, and assisting with software installations.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-users with device setup and troubleshooting.
• Ensure proper functionality of hardware and software systems.
• Document user interactions and solutions in the help desk system.
• Participate in IT projects and contribute to operational efficiency.
• Offer support for telecommunication systems and devices.
• Maintain security protocols to safeguard company information.

Requirements

Education

• HND or equivalent in IT
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of practical IT support experience

• Linux OS

• CompTIA Network+
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages

• English: Fluent
