Join our team as a Coating, Painting, and Spraying Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our coating machinery, focusing on quality control and maintaining high production standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the production team in achieving efficiency and quality standards.
• Implement best practices to improve coating processes.
• Respond promptly to machine alerts and alarms, taking corrective action when necessary.
• Work with supervisors to identify areas for process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational training or certification is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
