We are seeking a skilled Smasher Hand to join our team. As a Smasher Hand, you will be responsible for physically breaking or smashing various materials, objects, or equipment as required by our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires precise execution and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute smashing operations with precision, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with machine operators and production staff to streamline processes.
• Monitor equipment functionality and report malfunctions.
• Ensure all materials are handled in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Assist in quality control measures to uphold manufacturing standards.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required

Experience

• Prior experience in manual labour or construction industry preferred

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
