Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to help maintain and manage our client accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain financial databases and systems.
  • Work closely with the Finance Manager to streamline financial processes.
  • Prepare tax filings and ensure timely submissions.
  • Monitor financial transactions to identify discrepancies.
  • Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Assist in developing financial strategies and plans for clients.
  • Train new staff on accounting software and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • AAT Level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or relevant field is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a bookkeeping role.
