Compliance Officer

Job Description

As a Compliance Officer, you will be at the forefront of compliance initiatives within our organisation. You are expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and lead audits, assessments, and compliance trainings. Your contributions will directly influence the effectiveness of our compliance strategies and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Design and deliver compliance training sessions for new hires and ongoing staff.
• Conduct internal compliance audits and prepare audit reports.
• Monitor the effectiveness of compliance programs and recommend improvements.
• Act as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and auditors.
• Review marketing and communications materials for compliance with regulations.
• Assist in developing risk management strategies to mitigate compliance issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Professional certification in compliance is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related field
