Responsibilities

• Support healthcare teams in performing clinical procedures.

• Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of medical equipment.
• Conduct intake assessments and assist in patient referrals.
• Prepare examination rooms and assist during patient examinations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training programme

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of medical office experience

Technical Skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with patient scheduling systems

Soft Skills

• Empathy and sensitivity towards patients
• Good problem-solving skills

Certifications

• Professional Medical Assistant certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
