Responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews and surveys to gain insights on user behaviour.
• Develop and present UX recommendations to enhance user satisfaction.
• Collaborate on product development from conception to launch.
• Support the integration of user experience best practices across teams.
• Analyze metrics to track user engagement and experience improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design

• User Experience Design

• HFI Certified Usability Analyst

Languages
