• Develop comprehensive reports on installation processes and efficiency metrics.

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy
• Electrical Systems Knowledge Understanding of electrical systems and renewable technologies.
• Installation Skills Proficient in installing various solar panel systems.
• Problem-solving Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot installations.
• Communication Ability to interact positively with clients and team members.
• English (Fluent)

• Familiarity with renewable energy policies: Understanding government policies and incentives for solar energy.
• Project Management Skills: Experience in managing small solar projects from start to completion.
