Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Chemical Equipment Operator (Acid Tender) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe handling and transportation of acids, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. You will work closely with our operations team to maintain a high standard of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle the safe transportation of various hazardous materials, including acids.
• Maintain accurate records of acid inventory and equipment usage.
• Conduct daily safety checks on equipment and vehicles.
• Report equipment malfunctions immediately and assist in repairs.
• Participate in regular safety training and drills.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of workplace areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading operations during peak periods.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain a strong understanding of health and safety practices.
• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and changes.
