Job Description

As a Food Preparation Worker, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, creating delicious meals for our customers. You will be responsible for preparing food items, maintaining high hygiene standards, and assisting in cooking where required. Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site technical support for various systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and fix technical issues while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
• Set up and configure hardware, software, and networks per client specifications.
• Educate clients about equipment use and relevant technical practices.
• Document technical processes and client interactions for reference.
• Work with other engineers and teams to resolve more complex challenges.
• Abide by safety protocols in all interactions and activities.
• Ensure timely travel to client locations.
• Strive for customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Additional relevant technical certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in field engineering or support
