Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Structural Engineer to join our vibrant team in Belfast. This exciting role will see you utilizing your technical expertise to design safe and sustainable structures, working on a variety of projects from commercial buildings to infrastructural developments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for projects.
• Engage in the design and development of new engineering solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records.
• Review technical submissions and assess compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in structural design and project delivery

Technical Skills

• SAP2000
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Chartered Membership of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with BIM technology: Proficiency in Building Information Modelling for design collaboration.
• Knowledge of advanced computer modelling techniques: Experience with modern modelling software for intricate designs.
