Job Description

Seeking a proactive General Road Production Manager to oversee road construction activities. You will coordinate project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, all while driving team performance and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Direct road construction projects from inception to completion.
• Evaluate project milestones and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Oversee site safety protocols and ensure all activities comply with regulations.
• Foster communication between project stakeholders and teams.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure feasibility.
• Train and mentor project staff in safety and operational practices.
• Analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely completion of paperwork and documentation.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss project status.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes.

Requirements

Education

• HND in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5-7 years of direct experience in road construction projects.

Certifications

• Management Qualification (CMI or equivalent)

Languages

• English: Fluent
